Cancellation Policy
More than 72 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.
48 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made 48 hours before pick-up will receive a refund minus a one-day rental fee administrative charge.
Less than 24 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
